Organic Crop Budgets

Although organic is fairly new as a market--the rules were adopted in 2002--there are a surprising and growing number of organic crop budgets available. Out of necessity, they're regional in nature--using data from specific states--but they're an excellent tool for helping you anticipate costs and returns for your new organic enterprises. Browse through the budgets below for the crops you're interested in. We've even located articles that will help guide you in the most effective way to make use of these budgets as you do your farm planning.
